Saving My Life

Anything I post on here about PCOS or any other condition, is general information or information I've accumulated in my experience having PCOS or other conditions. I'm not a doctor, so nothing I say should EVER take place of a real diagnosis from your doctor. My eating plan described on this blog is one I've made for myself and I'm constantly changing it according to my body's needs.

And the Scale says.....

Ok, so in one of my recent posts I said that the scales were weighing me 2lbs. heavier. I also said I didn't know if that was actual weight gain due to my screw up or if it was extra fluid weight due to extra sodium. Well, just out of curiosity I weighed myself this morning. Not only did I drop that 2lbs. I gained, I also lost a little more. I think it was like .8, but it bumped my total weight loss to 15.2, so I'll take it! :) Any loss is a good loss at this point. Yay!

  1. good, congrats to that. Every loss is just that...loss.
    Keep on a goin'.
we all have screwups...the ones who keep losing are the ones who don't allow it to affect the next day.
    Your doing good.

  2. Thanks guys! :) And yes I agree Chris, my problem has always been when I screw up I just give up all together. My change in mindset is helping me this time. It's counterproductive to have a all or nothing attitude. It's learning from the screwups, not beating myself up, and jumping back on the horse that will get me to where I want to be. Thanks for the encouragement.
