Saving My Life

Anything I post on here about PCOS or any other condition, is general information or information I've accumulated in my experience having PCOS or other conditions. I'm not a doctor, so nothing I say should EVER take place of a real diagnosis from your doctor. My eating plan described on this blog is one I've made for myself and I'm constantly changing it according to my body's needs.

Would do a post, but...

My TMJ is KILLING me! I haven't even been stressed out today...time to break out the painkillers and mouth appliance. Hope you all had a great Mother's day either with your kids or your mothers. I know I enjoyed my babies and was reminded as usual of how much I love having them in my life....such a feeling of gratitude every day of my life. See you guys tomorrow...will be dropping by. ☺☺☺

  1. Sorry you are having a painful day. I had a great Mother's Day too. You are so right about having a feeling of gratitude every day.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments you leave on my blog. It makes me so happy to know you are using and enjoying the recipes I post.

I love blogging because it is a forum that allows me to share with people that I other wise would never have the chance to meet.

  2. I agree with you Tami. It really does open up a whole new world of people we'd never get the chance to meet. Thank YOU for posting the recipes. You do a fantastic job and I wish you had your own cooking show...or cookbook. lol. I'd totally be a customer. :) I'm sorry I don't get over to your blog nearly as often as I'd like to. I follow a LOT of blogs these days. It's hard to get to all of them....that and I try to catch up on every bit I've missed when I visit blogs. lol I'll be coming back over soon. :) Blessings, Kim
