Feb. 26th, 2010

Breakfast: 1c. Kashi cereal, 1c. almond milk, 6 or 7 walnuts

(I didn't eat again until dinner time....just didn't feel like eating although I should have)

Dinner: 1 whole Kashi spinach and mushroom pizza (yes i said whole), salad w/ cranberries, sprinkle of cheese, 2 tbsp. Newman's Own dressing

Snack: 1/2 Naked Juice (the green kind that has all  the barley greens, apples and stuff in it)

Emotionally I'm not well right now.....something sucks. I'll probably write about it in my other blog Winding Road .

(I went back later and deleted the post on Winding Road....just so I could forget about the whole situation...so if you go over there you won't find the post related to this one)

  2. Thanks Chris, and sorry...I was still writing the entry. I probably should have written it beforehand huh? oops...silly me. Thanks for the encouragement. (trying to smile)
