Feb. 25th food log

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, OJ, flaxseed meal, a few raw walnuts, 2 packs of Stevia) I mad a whole blender full for my kids and I. :)

Lunch: (I decided today would be a splurge day since I was grocery shopping) hotdog, and small Blizzard from Dairy Queen

Dinner: 1/2 whole wheat sub sandwich w/ lots of veggies, roast beef, lite mayo, mustard, small bag of baked chips
