Saving My Life

Anything I post on here about PCOS or any other condition, is general information or information I've accumulated in my experience having PCOS or other conditions. I'm not a doctor, so nothing I say should EVER take place of a real diagnosis from your doctor. My eating plan described on this blog is one I've made for myself and I'm constantly changing it according to my body's needs.

Sunday January 31st, 2010

Ok, so I actually forgot all about lunch yesterday. I'm really gonna have to watch that with the supressants. I ended up eating a super late lunch and it kinda threw me off yesterday. I still did good all in all, but I craved carbs a little.

Breakfast: 1c.Kashi Cereal, 1/2 banana, 1c. almond milk

Lunch(really late lunch): whole wheat pita, 3 slices (hormone free preservative free) turkey, 1 slice cheddar cheese, romaine and arugula, 1 tbsp. Newman's Own Ranch dressing

Dinner: Dan Dan Noodles w/ sliced cucumber  (here's the blog entry that I posted this recipe..it's very yummy)

Snack: 3/4c. Bear Naked (low sugar, low fat) Vanilla Crunch granola w/ small handful anitoxidant trail mix, 1/2 c. 2%milk

When I have the time...which should be shortly, I'll put some more interesting posts. Right now I've got a lot going on so I'm just trying at the very least to get what I ate on here. Thanks to all the new followers! I love it....I am finding some awesome blogs thanks to you guys. :)
