Ok, I'll make the food log part short here....
Breakfast: 1c. Kashi Cereal, 1c. almond milk
Lunch: Leftover taco salad
Snack: small handful of cashews
Dinner: 1 and 1/2 lemon pepper crusted salmon filets, 3/4c. Annie's all natural/organic mac n'cheese, big salad w/ 2tbsp. Newman's Own Dressing
Normally, I wouldn't get boxed mac n'cheese b/c this particular kind is not whole grain, however, we are all sick right now and I really needed something easy to fix. I think I should have limited myself to 1/2c. of mac n'cheese and just the one filet. Right now the scale is showing that I've gained two pounds, but I'm not sure if it's actual weight I've gained or extra fluid I'm holding b/c of the sodium from the food. I'm still hopeful that I'll have a loss within the next few days....I've just gotta step up my game.
