Feb.6, 2010 Food Log

Family is over for the weekend so that's why I'm keeping it short...will write something more interesting soon. :-)

Breakfast: 1c. Kashi cereal, 1c.almond milk

Lunch: whole wheat pita, 4 slices all-natural chicken, 2 slices cheddar, avacado, 1tbsp. dressing, pear, small handful cashews

Dinner: 1 beef Kabob (beef, assorted bell peppers, onion), 1 chicken kabob,1/2c. rice, big salad w/2tbsp. dressing

Snack: 1/4c. antioxidant trailmix, 1/4c. Bear Naked granola
