I'm Kim. If you like music, ranting, TMI, a scandalous story, PCOS info, relationship stories, philosophy and a whole lot of drama....grab a chair.
Saving My Life
Anything I post on here about PCOS or any other condition, is general information or information I've accumulated in my experience having PCOS or other conditions. I'm not a doctor, so nothing I say should EVER take place of a real diagnosis from your doctor. My eating plan described on this blog is one I've made for myself and I'm constantly changing it according to my body's needs.

Congratulations on being nicotine free! You can do this! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm so very proud of you that you love yourself as much as all your followers and you kicked that habit that kept you from all your genetic potential (remember my reading on you?) You are meant to be an athlete. Let it evolve.
ReplyDeleteI quit by telling myself that no matter what happened, I would never pick up a ciggie again as long as I lived. So you do that too! Dammit.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on quitting. Proud!
yay...just keep going a moment and a choice at a time...you are doing great!
ReplyDeleteThanks to all of you for your kind words and uplifting support...so need it. Autumn, did I ever make it back over to your blog to respond about your reading?? I can't remember...sorry if I did not. It's funny, I keep thinking about that and it's funny that I have cherokee indian in my veins...not a lot...but my great great grandmother was fullblooded. lol. So, what you said could very well be true. :) I'm getting my fitness plan layed out right now...will be blogging about it soon.
ReplyDeleteKim;
ReplyDeleteYou're a smart girl. I think you can feel that athlete inside. I'm not talking about just being in shape, but your body has the ability to do things that will shock you--it's an aptitude few have.
