Saving My Life

Anything I post on here about PCOS or any other condition, is general information or information I've accumulated in my experience having PCOS or other conditions. I'm not a doctor, so nothing I say should EVER take place of a real diagnosis from your doctor. My eating plan described on this blog is one I've made for myself and I'm constantly changing it according to my body's needs.

Monday March 15th, 2010 Food Log

Hi, sorry I haven't posted about my weekend yet. I've been in pretty bad pain today with TMJ and PMS....seriously. I figured I could at least come on here and post my food for the day, so here it is.

Breakfast: 1/2c. Cascadian Farms granola, 1/2 banana, 3/4c. almond milk

Lunch: Big salad (romaine, carrots, red cabbage, a few cashews, 4 slices honey ham-all natural, 2 small slices provolone, cranberries, 2 tbsp. Newman's Own ranch dressing, 1 small bag all natural popcorn

Dinner: 2 small salmon patties (about 4oz. of meat), fruit/spinach smoothie (blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, banana, flaxseed meal, a few walnuts, orange juice, stevia, spinach from my garden)

4c. organic chai tea (Did you know that if you put milk in your chai, that it will actually take away a lot of the benefits of drinking it?)
